Ravius is built on a simple principle: leadership visibility should never come at the cost of employee trust. We surface team-level patterns and organizational signals with role-based access controls. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
Information we collect
Account data. Names, work email addresses, roles, and company details you provide when creating or administering a workspace.
Workplace signals. Pulse survey responses, engagement and workload signals, and integration data from the tools you connect. Reporting and visibility depend on the privacy controls configured for the workspace.
Usage data. Basic technical information — device, browser, and interaction logs — used to keep the service secure and reliable.
How we use your data
We use data to deliver organizational insights, generate executive briefs, maintain security, and improve the product. We never sell your data, and we do not use employee responses to rank, score, or identify individuals.
Reporting controls
Ravius supports team- and organization-level reporting. Available aggregation, visibility, and minimum-group settings are confirmed for each workspace configuration.
Data sharing
We share data only with the service providers that help us operate Ravius (such as hosting and email delivery), under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose data where required by law.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service. Access is scoped by role and responsibility. Current security details are available during procurement.
