These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Ravius. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Workspace administrators are responsible for managing access within their organization.

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering it, or using it to violate the privacy or rights of others. Ravius must not be used to surveil, profile, or penalize individual employees.

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and terms presented at purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Ravius and its content, features, and branding are owned by us and our licensors. Your organization retains ownership of the data it submits; you grant us the rights needed to operate and provide the service.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required to protect the service or its users.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravius is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
